Full Time Member Services Representative

Avanti Federal Credit Union, a progressive and growing credit union in Watertown, SD is offering an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our team as a member service representative.

As an MSR, you will:

  • Perform front-line transactions for members.

  • Answer the phone and assist members with questions.

  • Process ACH and Checking exception items.

  • Open new accounts

  • Provide investment information.

  • Monitor loan files for required documentation.

  • Promote and sell credit union products and services.

As an MSR, you can expect:

  • Compensation commensurate with experience

  • Benefits to include health, dental, vision insurance, 401k, vacation, sick and holiday pay.

Qualified candidates should include 1-3 years banking or credit union experience and have knowledge of various computer software programs.
