Notification: Temporary Business Closing for System Upgrade

We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding our systems and services. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with enhanced banking experiences, we will be conducting a system upgrade. During this upgrade, our branch and online services will be temporarily unavailable.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that our business operations will be closed from November 1st to November 3rd, 2023.
Please take note of the following details regarding this temporary closure:
Dates: The closure will begin on November 1st, 2023, and end on November 3rd, 2023.
Service Unavailability: Our branch office will be closed, and online banking services, including mobile banking and website access, will be inaccessible during this period.
ATMs and Card Usage: While our branch services will be unavailable, you will still be able to use your debit or credit card for withdrawals and transactions at ATMs and point-of-sale terminals as usual.
System Upgrade Benefits: The system upgrade will enable us to enhance our overall banking infrastructure, improve security measures, and provide you with a more seamless and efficient banking experience once we resume our services.
